CCA Order definition

CCA Order means the April 21, 2016 “Order Authorizing Framework For Community Choice Aggregation Opt-Out Program” issued by the PSC in Case 14-M-0224, “Proceeding on Motion of the Commission to Enable Community Choice Aggregation Programs” as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by the PSC.
