CCA Service definition

CCA Service means the sale of retail electric power by a Community Choice Aggregator, to utility end-use customers located within its service area(s), as set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and other California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) directives.
CCA Service means services provided to Community Choice Aggregators. “Contract Year(s)” means either or both of the First Contract Year or the Second Contract Year, as indicated.
CCA Service means Community Choice Aggregation Service which permits cities, counties or a joint powers agency whose governing boards have elected to acquire their electric power needs, hereinafter referred to as Community Choice Aggregators (CCA), to provide electric services to utility end-use customers located within their service area(s) as set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section

  • If the eligible customer-generator is being served under DA or CCA Service, ESP or CCA charges will be specified by their ESP or CCA in accordance with the eligible customer-generator’s OAS and PG&E’s Direct Access or Community Choice Aggregation tariffs.
