CCAA Proceeding definition

CCAA Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by SFC under the CCAA on the Filing Date in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) under court file number CV-12- 9667-00CL.
CCAA Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by the Applicant pursuant to the CCAA.
CCAA Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by the Applicants pursuant to the CCAA, identified by Court File No. SJM-98-15.
