CCPO Instruction Value Today means a CCPO Instruction input by a Member to the Clearing House Computer to effect a payment for value as of the Working Day on which the instruction is received by the Clearing House Computer. For the avoidance of doubt, if the instruction is received between a CCPMP Cut-off and the following CCPMP Commencement, it will be deemed to be received on the Working Day of that CCPMP Commencement and value today shall be construed accordingly.
