CCTV Guidance means the Rail Delivery Group’s “National Rail & Underground Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)” guidance, the British Transport Police’s “Output Requirements from Video Systems” guidance, Home Office’s “Surveillance Camera Code of Practice June 2013”, each as updated from time to time and any other guidance reasonably required by the Secretary of State;
