CDO Transaction definition

CDO Transaction means a CDO transaction of the Seller or an Affiliate of the Seller with respect to any of the Purchased Assets for which an Affiliate of the Buyer acts as co-manager or co-lead underwriter.
CDO Transaction means a CDO transaction of a Seller or an Affiliate of a Seller with respect to any of the Purchased Assets for which Credit Suisse First Boston or an Affiliate thereof acts as co-lead manager/underwriter.
