CDO Vehicle definition

CDO Vehicle. A special purpose entity organized to issue collateralized debt obligations secured by debt obligations.
CDO Vehicle means Visage CDO II Ltd., a limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with registration number 175331 being the issuer of the Charged Assets;
CDO Vehicle means Halyard CDO I p.l.c., a public limited company incorporated in Ireland with registration number 427419 being the issuer of the Subordinated Notes;
