CDP Securities definition

CDP Securities means book-entry securities as defined in the Companies Act.
CDP Securities means the Securities listed and quoted on the SGX-ST which are designated by the SGX-ST as eligible for deposit with CDP and for clearance and book entry settlement of transactions executed on the SGX-ST;
CDP Securities means book-entry securities traded on SGX-ST as defined in Section 81SF of the Securities and Futures Act, and includes designated securities as specified in Section 81SG of the Securities and Futures Act.

Examples of CDP Securities in a sentence

  • If this is the first time you are using UOB’s ATM to apply for securities, your CDP Securities Account number will not be stored in the ATM system of UOB, and the following screen will be displayed for your input of your CDP Securities Account number.

  • Applications through other types of CDP accounts, including joint CDP Securities accounts, will be rejected. Transfers of Savings Bonds from individual CDP Securities accounts to other types of CDP Securities accounts will also not be allowed.

  • You will be prompted to enter your CDP Securities account number and it will be saved in OCBC Bank’s record for your future applications and redemptions.

  • All applications for withdrawal of CDP Securities from the Securities Sub-Account shall be made directly to DBS Xxxxxxx and on such prescribed forms and accompanied by such fees as DBS Xxxxxxx may in its discretion require.

  • The redemption amount and accrued interest will be paid to the bank account that is linked to your individual CDP Securities account, or the SRS account.

  • Your CDP Securities account must already have a DCS bank account linked up before you can apply for the Savings Bonds. Participating DCS banks in Singapore are currently: Citibank, DBS/POSB, HSBC, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.

  • You can select “CHANGE CDP NUMBER, PRESS” option to update your CDP Securities account number in the bank’s record.

  • Our final code numbers were 18 relating to students’ identity and circumstance (Table 6), 6 relating to the impact on students’ learning and performance (Table 7), 23 relating to students’ desire to remain in engineering and computer science (Tables 8-9), and 21 related to student’s future plans to remain in their field (Tables 10-11).In our initial coding pass we tested our deductive codes and inductively developed codes that related to the relevant research question for each response set.

  • Note(s):(1) If the total number rights shares applied exceeds the provisional allotted holdings in your CDP Securities Account as at the Closing Date, the remaining application will be put under excess and subjected to the excess allocation basis.

Related to CDP Securities

  • ETP Securities means the Series of ETP Securities to which these Conditions relates or, as the context may require, any or all securities issued by the Issuer under the Programme.

  • Lock-Up Securities has the meaning set out in Section 5(l).

  • Partnership Securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(a).

  • NIM Securities As defined in the tenth Recital to this Agreement.

  • Series B Securities means the 11-1/2% Senior Notes due 2007, Series B, of the Company to be issued pursuant to this Indenture in exchange for the Series A Securities pursuant to the Registered Exchange Offer and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Series A Securities means the Company's Series A 9 3/8% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due May 1, 2028 as authenticated and issued under this Indenture.

  • Equity Preferred Securities means, with respect to any Person, any trust preferred securities or deferrable interest subordinated debt securities issued by such Person or other financing vehicle of such Person that (i) have an original maturity of at least twenty years, and (ii) require no repayments or prepayments and no mandatory redemptions or repurchases, in each case, prior to the first anniversary of the latest Maturity Date.

  • BofA Securities means BofA Securities, Inc.

  • Equity-linked Securities means any debt or equity securities that are convertible, exercisable or exchangeable for Class A Shares issued in a financing transaction in connection with a Business Combination, including but not limited to a private placement of equity or debt.

  • Securities as used herein does not include (i) securities of issuers that are affiliated with the Buyer or are part of the Buyer's Family of Investment Companies, (ii) securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. or any instrumentality thereof, (iii) bank deposit notes and certificates of deposit, (iv) loan participations, (v) repurchase agreements, (vi) securities owned but subject to a repurchase agreement and (vii) currency, interest rate and commodity swaps.

  • Exempt Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(d).

  • Exchangeable Securities means any securities of any trust, limited partnership or corporation other than the Trust that are convertible or exchangeable directly for Units without the payment of additional consideration therefor;

  • Purchaser Securities means the Purchaser Units, the Purchaser Common Stock, the Purchaser Preferred Stock and the Purchaser Warrants, collectively.

  • Contract Securities means the Offered Securities, if any, to be purchased pursuant to the delayed delivery contracts referred to below.

  • Permitted Securities means any of the following:

  • Subject Securities means: (i) all securities of the Company (including all shares of Company Common Stock and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of Company Common Stock) Owned by Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement; and (ii) all additional securities of the Company (including all additional shares of Company Common Stock and all additional options, warrants and other rights to acquire shares of Company Common Stock) of which Stockholder acquires Ownership during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Expiration Date.

  • Non Book-Entry Preferred Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Investor Securities is defined in Section 2.1.

  • Covered Securities means any note, stock, treasury stock, security future, bond, debenture, evidence of indebtedness, certificate of interest or participation in any profit-sharing agreement, collateral-trust certificate, preorganization certificate or subscription, transferable share, investment contract, voting-trust certificate, certificate of deposit for a security, fractional undivided interest in oil, gas, or other mineral rights, any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege on any security (including a certificate of deposit) or on any group or index of securities (including any interest therein or based on the value thereof), or any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege entered into on a national securities exchange relating to foreign currency, or, in general, any interest or instrument commonly known as a "security", or any certificate of interest or participation in, temporary or interim certificate for, receipt for, guarantee of, or warrant or right to subscribe to or purchase any of the foregoing.

  • Approved Securities means securities of any State Government or of the Central Government and such bonds, both the principal whereof and the interest whereon shall have been fully and unconditionally guaranteed by any such Government;

  • Capital Securities means undivided beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust which rank pari passu with Common Securities issued by the Trust; provided, however, that upon the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default (as defined in the Declaration), the rights of holders of such Common Securities to payment in respect of distributions and payments upon liquidation, redemption and otherwise are subordinated to the rights of holders of such Capital Securities.

  • Designated Securities means securities issued by an Insured, or by any Affiliated Entity, or by any Fund to which such Insured or any Affiliated Entity provides any services.

  • Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b)(ii).

  • Spin-Off Securities means equity share capital of an entity other than the Issuer or options, warrants or other rights to subscribe for or purchase equity share capital of an entity other than the Issuer.

  • Derivative Securities means any securities or rights convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for (in each case, directly or indirectly), Common Stock, including options and warrants.

  • Related Securities means any options or warrants or other rights to acquire Shares or any securities exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares, or to acquire other securities or rights ultimately exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares.
