Company Securities definition

Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b)(ii).
Company Securities means (i) the Company Common Stock, (ii) any preferred stock of the Company, (iii) any other common stock issued by the Company and (iv) any securities convertible into or exchangeable for, or options, warrants or other rights to acquire, Company Common Stock or any other common or preferred stock issued by the Company.
Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b).

Examples of Company Securities in a sentence

  • There is no guarantee that the Fund will be able to liquidate the Portfolio Company Securities at any time, and investors should assume that these securities will be illiquid securities from time to time.

  • Also, if the Fund is required to liquidate all or a portion of its Portfolio Company Securities, it may realize significantly less than the carrying value of its investments.

More Definitions of Company Securities

Company Securities means any equity interest of any class or series in the Company.
Company Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(c).
