Company Securities means (i) the Common Stock, (ii) securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock and (iii) any options, warrants or other rights to acquire Common Stock.

Examples of Company Securities in a sentence

• Until the time that the Purchaser does not own any Company Securities, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the registration of the Common Shares under Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act and to timely file all reports required to be filed by the Company after the date hereof pursuant to the Exchange Act even if the Company is not then subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.

Company Securities means any equity interest of any class or series in the Company.

Company Securities means, collectively, Company Shares, Company Options, Company RSUs and Company Compensation Options.

Company Securities means any publicly traded or quoted shares or debt instruments of the Company (or of any of the Company’s subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings) or derivatives or other financial instruments linked to any of them, including phantom options.
