The general scope of the Services is to clear snow of depths greater than four (4) inches from designated paved street areas, hereinafter referred to as “CDS Route(s).” Contractor can expect their assigned CDS Route(s) to include areas of various configurations such as: cul-de-sac bulbs, T-shaped dead-end streets, and/or other street areas that have limited maneuverability.
Thereafter, snow removal on the CDS Routes will usually, but not automatically, commence when the snow on City streets has reached a depth greater than four (4) to six (6) inches.
