None of EDC, the Registrar or any Paying Agent will have any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the records of DTC, CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc., Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., or Clearstream Banking, société anonyme relating to or payments made by such clearing systems on account of beneficial interests in the Global Bond.
