Meets Standard The school is not in default of any financial obligations, and did not experience any instances of default during the fiscal year. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to, making payments to vendors and utility services on time, complying with all loan covenants, filing any reports required for maintenance of grants or philanthropic funds, meeting all tax obligations, and operating without financial judgements or property liens. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.
Area source means any stationary source of hazardous air pollutants that is not a major source as defined in rule 567—22.100(455B).
Company Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, any material portion or aspect of software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, of any Company-Owned Intellectual Property or Company Products.
Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;
Minor source means any sta- tionary source that does not meet the definition of major stationary source in paragraph (b)(1) of this section for any pollutant at the time the PAL is issued.
Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.
Brachytherapy source means a radioactive source or a manufacturer-assembled source train or a combination of these sources that is designed to deliver a therapeutic dose within a distance of a few centimeters.
Information system means a discrete set of information resources organized for the collection, processing, maintenance, use, sharing, dissemination, or disposition of information (44 U.S.C. 3502).
Primary Source means the Screen Page specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement and (in the case of any Screen Page provided by any information service other than the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”)) agreed to by the Agent Bank;
Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.
Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.
Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.
Fund Source means any direct or indirect sum payable to the Contractor by the County pursuant to any lawful obligation.
Cable television system means any system licensed, franchised or certificated pursuant to Article
New source means any building, structure, facility or installation from which there is or may be a discharge of pollutants, the construction of which commenced after the publication of proposed pretreatment standards under Section 307(c) of the Act which will be applicable to such source if such standards are thereafter promulgated in accordance with that Section provided that:
Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.
Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Point source means any discernible, confined, and discrete conveyance, including but not limited to any pipe, ditch, channel, tunnel, conduit, well, discrete fissure, container, rolling stock, concentrated animal feeding operation, vessel, or other floating craft from which pollutants are or may be discharged. This term does not include return flows from irrigated agriculture.
