Cellular Immunotherapy definition

Cellular Immunotherapy. A treatment involving the administration of a patient’s own (autologous) or donor (allogeneic) anti-tumor lymphocytes following a lymphodepleting preparative regimen.
Cellular Immunotherapy means the cancer treatment that was invented by Recipient at KUMC or any Therapeutic Product derived therefrom as provided for in patent #6,406,699, issued June 18, 2002.

  • Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.
