Centrally Processed Revenue means all Association revenue processed through the Registration System, which includes all Facility-Generated Revenue, except for the following excluded items which are not processed through the Registration System: revenue from vending and concessions, and Licensed Childcare optionally excluded as set out in Appendix D(p);
