Examples of CERC in a sentence
The terms used in this Agreement, unless as defined below or repugnant to the context, shall have the same meaning as assigned to them by the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules or regulations framed there under, including those issued/ framed by CERC/ SERC, as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
The Parties agree that in the event, the order of adoption of tariff as mentioned above is not issued by the CERC within the time specified above, the provisions of Article 2.1.4 shall apply.
However, in case at any point of time, the peak of capacity reached is higher than the Contracted Capacity and causes disturbance in the system at the point where power is injected, the SPD will have to forego the excess generation and reduce the output to the rated capacity and shall also have to pay the penalty/charges (if applicable) as per applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC or any other competent agency.
Deviation settlement shall be carried out as per the applicable CERC/SERC Regulations and in the absence of SERC Regulations on Deviation Settlement, the CERC Deviation Settlement Regulations shall apply to the GBP plant.
