Certificate Fund definition

Certificate Fund means KISTA's "Equipment Lease Certificates of Participation Debt Service Fund" established pursuant to the provisions of the Second Indenture for the purpose of administering funds for the payment of the principal and interest requirements on Series Certificates.

More Definitions of Certificate Fund

Certificate Fund means the special fund created under Section 3.02 of this Indenture for the purpose of holding and disbursing to the Certificate Owners the Base Payments paid by the System, and includes both the Principal Account and the Interest Account thereof.
