Class A-IO Certificate definition

Class A-IO Certificate. Any one of the Class A-IO Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-IO Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-IO Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Class A-IO Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class A-IO Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-6 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class A-IO Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing a Regular Interest in the Master REMIC.

Class A-IO Certificate. Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as a Class A-IO Certificate pursuant to Section 6.01.
