Certificate Insurance Policies definition

Certificate Insurance Policies. Collectively, the certificate guaranty insurance policies relating to the Certificates of each Pool, each dated the Closing Date, and each issued by the Certificate Insurer for the benefit of the Holders of the Certificates of the related Pool, pursuant to which the Certificate Insurer guarantees Insured Payments.
