Securities Administration Fee. With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (x) one-twelfth of the Securities Administration Fee Rate and (y) the Pool Balance as of the opening of business on the first day of the related Due Period.
Securities Administration Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, the amount of the fee payable to the Securities Administrator, which shall, for such Distribution Date, be equal to one-twelfth of the product of the Securities Administration Fee Rate with respect to such Mortgage Loan and the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan. Such fee shall be payable monthly, computed on the basis of the same Stated Principal Balance and period respecting which any related interest payment on a Mortgage Loan is computed.
