Certificate of Birth definition

Certificate of Birth means the printed certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth issued under section 144.2151 or for a birth occurring in another state or country a similar certificate issued under that state's or country's law.
Certificate of Birth means a Certificate of Birth issued under this Act;
Certificate of Birth means a certified copy of an entry in the register of births established and maintained under section 13(1)(a) of the Act of 2004;30
