Certificate Prepayment Amount definition

Certificate Prepayment Amount means an amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the Class D Certificates plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the applicable Certificate Rate plus interest on any overdue interest at the applicable Certificate Rate (to the extent lawful) to but excluding the payment date on which such payment will be made and the Certificates will be paid in full.
Certificate Prepayment Amount. As of the Distribution Date on or immediately following the last day of the Funding Period, after giving effect to any transfer of Subsequent Receivables on such date, an amount equal to the Certificateholders' pro rata share (based on the respective current outstanding principal balance of each class of Notes and the current Certificate Balance) of the Pre-Funded Amount as of such Distribution Date.
Certificate Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of "Certificateholders' Prepayment Premium".
