Certificate Specifying Authorized Department Officials definition

Certificate Specifying Authorized Department Officials means a certificate specifying the names and titles of those officials of the Department who are authorized to execute and deliver Advance Request Approval Notices from time to time on behalf of the Secretary and setting out the original signature of each of those authorized officials, and specifying the name and title of those officials of the Department who are authorized to confirm telephonically the authenticity of the Advance Request Approval Notices from time to time on behalf of the Secretary and setting out the telephone number of each of those authorized officials, in the form of the Certificate Specifying Authorized Department Officials attached as Annex 1 to the Program Financing Agreement.

  • Certificate form means the form on which the certificate is delivered or issued for delivery by the issuer.

  • Account Opening Application Form means the application form/questionnaire completed by the Client in order to apply for the Company’s Services under this Agreement and a Client Account, via which form/questionnaire the Company will obtain amongst other things information for the Client’s identification and due diligence, his categorization and appropriateness or suitability (as applicable) in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
