Certificates of Good Standing means a Certificate of Good Standing ----------------------------- issued by the Secretary of State of incorporation for the Borrower and such other states in which Borrower does business and is required to domesticate or otherwise register, indicating that Borrower is in good standing with the laws of such state(s).

  • In good standing means, in respect of a registrant,

  • Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies.
