Certified affiliate sex offender treatment provider or "af- filiate" means an individual who ((has satisfactorily passed the ex- amination, met the education requirements, and has been issued a cer- tificate to evaluate and treat sex offenders under chapter 18.155 RCW, and under the supervision of a certified sex offender treatment pro- vider in accordance with the supervision requirements set forth in WAC 246-930-075)) is a licensed psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed social worker, licensed mental health counselor, or psychiatrist as defined in RCW 71.05.020, who is certified as an affiliate to examine and treat sex offenders pursuant to chapters 9.94A and 13.40 RCW and sexually violent predators under chapter 71.09 RCW under the supervision of a qualified supervisor.
