EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. Each classroom will meet the following:
a. OEC Day Care Licensing regulations
b. OEC Quality Staff Member education requirements c. NAEYC or Head Start requirements All staff will have:
a. The understanding, skills & experience to work with preschool children and families.
b. An orientation within the first two weeks of hire. This must include an overview of the School Readiness Program policies, procedures and expectations.
c. A staff development plan that includes the education requirements set forth by OEC’s Bureau of Early Care and Education and its Licensing Unit, NAEYC and NHECC. Staff training will be documented in each staff members file. First year full time staff will complete all required trainings by May of their first year. Part time staff will complete trainings required for the position by all regulatory agencies including the School Readiness professional development areas of language and literacy, diversity, and working with children with special needs.
d. Staff development plans will also include training in the CT ELDS, CT DOTS or similar systems. Regular observations, at minimum quarterly and preferably once a month, by the program leader and/or education consultant will be included in the staff member’s professional development plan and annual evaluation.
e. A program-wide staff development plan with proper documentation as required by NAEYC.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. Once a position within the unit becomes an open position due to termination, retirement or transfer and the position is posted outside of the unit, the educational requirement for that position shall be an Associate’s Degree or commensurate experience relating to Secretarial Science, Business, or closely related field. Any member of the unit who shall apply and is qualified shall be given consideration. This does not intend to disqualify those already in the unit, as of June 30, 2008.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor will provide Idaho endorsed teachers and all special education needs through their contract with the Freemont County School District 215, 000 Xxxx 0xx X., Xx. Xxxxxxx, ID 83445, (000)-000-0000. Endorsed teachers and para-professional will oversee education under the supervision of the head teacher. All educational course work will be accredited through the school district and will transfer to Montana schools. The Contractor will also provide GED study and testing as appropriate, and will facilitate ACT testing as appropriate.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. XXXX and the City agree that the following educational qualifications must be met by Battalion Chief candidates:
1. Before being allowed to take the Battalion Chief Examination, a candidate must complete:
a. Two years of service with the City in the classification of Fire Captain (SPN 938), or Training Captain (SPN 947); and
b. At least 30 quarter credit hours or 20 semester credit hours from a nationally accredited college or university in subjects that have a demonstrated relationship to the knowledge, skills, and abilities required in the Battalion Chief classification, including but not limited to Fire Command, Fire Administration, Para Medicine and/or Business/Public Administration; and
c. The following four courses, or replacement courses accepted by Fire Administration:
i. NFA Incident Command/Control; ii. HazMat ICS; iii. ICS 300/400; and

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. (1) Compensation for Journeyman Mechanics includes the responsibility to maintain their skills and knowledge in conformance with the technological advances in the industry. The Employer may require educational meetings at the Oil Heat Institute or at other educational facilities with qualified instructors.
(2) Compensation for all employees who are in any pay grade below Journeyman Mechanic includes the requirement that the employee attend such training school courses as are offered by the Oil Heat Institute within the calendar year.
(3) Notification will be given to the Union and to Employers of classes being presented. Employers will notify in writing each of their employees and the Union as to those classes which they request that their men attend. Employees not attending after such notice will be considered as not meeting the requirements of Sections (1) and (2) immediately above and shall be subject to discipline.
(4) Employees shall install all electrical and heating equipment work in a safe and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with electrical code and contract specifications.
