Certified Financial Statements definition

Certified Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.
Certified Financial Statements means financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and examined by Independent accountants in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, accompanied by an opinion as described in 660:11-15-1.
Certified Financial Statements means certified audited financial statements consisting of a balance sheet, a statement of earnings and retained earnings, and a statement of cash flows, accompanying footnotes to financial statements and an unqualified certificate of the Independent Accountant to the effect that the financial statements fairly present, in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (but subject to this Agreement), the financial position, results of operations, and cash flows of the DPAC for the Fiscal Year then ended.

  • Proposers should include supporting documentation of their financial worth, including but not limited to Certified Financial Statements, Balance Sheets and Income Statements and tax returns from the past three (3) years (corporate and/or personal).
