Certified lead abatement worker definition

Certified lead abatement worker means a person who has met the requirements of 641—70.5(135) and who has been certified by the department.
Certified lead abatement worker means any person who completes an appropriate approved training course and obtains a certificate as a lead abatement worker from the department. A lead abatement worker performs lead abatement activities.
