Certified midwife means an individual who meets
Certified midwife or “CM” means a practitioner who has received certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (“AMCB”) or its equivalent or successor.
Certified midwife means either a Certified Nurse Midwife or a Certified Professional Midwife as defined in these regulations.
