Certified Bilingual workers receiving bilingual pay pursuant to the Bilingual Skill Pay of this MOU for at least one hundred and thirty (130) pay periods (as of the 1st of August of each year) as a Unit K employee shall receive an incentive of five hundred and twenty- one dollars ($521.00) to be paid in the first full pay period of September of each contract year.
