Certified Rehabilitation Counselor definition

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor means a person who is certified as a rehabilitation counselor by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor means that earned designation as awarded by the Commissioner on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.
