CFD Instrument definition

CFD Instrument means the underlying Financial Instrument, commodity, asset or other such investment notified by us from time to time that forms the subject of a CFD Transaction.

Examples of CFD Instrument in a sentence

  • Nor will you acquire any interest in the relevant Financial Instrument or be entitled to receive dividends or any equivalent thereof, or exercise voting rights, to receive any rights pursuant to any rights or bonus issue or participate in any placing or open offer by virtue of your CFD Instrument which is a Security.

  • At any time you wish to enter into a CFD Transaction, or to close all or part of a CFD Transaction, you may request a quote to open a CFD Transaction with us during the normal hours of trading for the relevant CFD Instrument.

  • CFD Transactions will be initiated by you placing a CFD Order offering to enter into a CFD Transaction in respect of a CFD Instrument at the price quoted to you.

  • On a Business Day on which either of us wishes to close any CFD Transaction (whether in whole or in part) either of us may give a Closing Notice to the other specifying the CFD Transaction it wishes to close, the related CFD Instrument, the CFD Quantity and the Closing Date.

Related to CFD Instrument

  • Debt Instrument means any loan, bond, debenture, promissory note or other instrument evidencing indebtedness (demand or otherwise) for borrowed money or other liability;

  • Payment instrument means any personalised device(s) and/or set of procedures agreed between the payment service user and the payment service provider and used in order to initiate a payment order;

  • Financial Instrument means those instruments specified in Section C of Annex I;

  • Money Market Instruments means instruments normally dealt in on the money
