CFIUS Filing definition

CFIUS Filing has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.2.3(ii);
CFIUS Filing has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(b).
CFIUS Filing means a notice or declaration filed with CFIUS pursuant to 31 C.F.R. Part 800.

CFIUS Filing means a Mandatory Declaration or CFIUS Notice.
