Chair Pro-Tem Sample Clauses
Chair Pro-Tem. In the event of the absence of the Chair and the Vice-Chair, or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the remaining members of the Board of Directors shall elect from among themselves a Chair Pro-Tem who shall perform the duties of Chair.
Chair Pro-Tem. In the absence of the Chair and Vice-Chair, the Board of Directors shall elect a Chair Pro Tem to fulfill the duties of the Chair.
Chair Pro-Tem. In the event that neither the Chair, nor the Vice-Chair are available to preside over a Board meeting, a Chair Pro-Tem shall be appointed by majority vote of the Board.
