Change Management Forum definition

Change Management Forum has the meaning given in clause 25.1(a);
Change Management Forum has the meaning given in clause 25.1(a) and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Service Provider acknowledges that from time to time the LFC may conduct the processes via the Product Forum; Charges means all amounts payable by the Service Provider under this agreement and includes the Core Charges and the Ancillary Charges; Core Charges means all amounts payable under this Agreement by the Service Provider for Wholesale Services, as further described in the Price List;

Examples of Change Management Forum in a sentence

  • Where any two or more Proposed Changes relate to the same underlying proposal by the LFC (as determined by the LFC, acting reasonably), such Proposed Changes may be consolidated in a single Change Management Forum process.

  • The Change Management Forum Processes will promote the purpose of the Change Management Forum as outlined in clause 25.1 above.

  • If the Service Provider (acting reasonably) disagrees with the LFC’s assessment of what is a “non-trivial” change it may require the LFC to undertake consultation with the Change Management Forum in accordance with clause 24.7 to determine whether or not the proposed Agreement Change is a “non-trivial change”.

  • If the Service Provider (acting reasonably) disagrees with the LFC’s assessment of what is a “non-trivial” change it may require the LFC to undertake consultation with the Change Management Forum in accordance with clause 24.8 to determine whether or not the proposed Agreement Change is a “non-trivial change”.

  • Whether a Technology Change or LFC Equipment Change is a “minor” or “major” change shall be determined by an affirmative majority vote of service provider members in attendance at the final Change Management Forum meeting relating to consultation on the Technology Change or LFC Equipment Change.

  • In this case, it may be necessary for the LFC to consult again on the issue if the evolution or change is relatively material; and during the Change Management Forum consultations, the LFC and service provider members should aim to achieve a consensus on issues where possible.

  • The purpose of the Product Forum will include consideration of technical and/or operational issues in relation to the Services and this Agreement which the Change Management Forum refers to it from time to time in accordance with clause 25.1(c) above, or otherwise, through its own initiative.

  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT FORUM Change Management Forum - Establishment and Role: The LFC will establish and operate a multi-party change management forum (Change Management Forum), which will be open to the Service Provider and all Other Service Providers, provided that no service provider (including the Service Provider) will be obliged to participate in the Change Management Forum.

  • Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF means the forum comprised of local telephone companies and inter-exchange carriers (IXCs), whose responsibility is to create and document Telecommunication industry guidelines and standards.
