Investor Q&A Forum has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(c).

Investor Q&A Forum shall be a service available on the Certificate Administrator’s Website, where Non-Restricted Privileged Persons may (i) submit questions to the Certificate Administrator relating to the Distribution Date Statement, or submit questions to the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable, relating to the reports being made available pursuant to Section8.14(b)(ii)(B), the Mortgage Loan or the Properties (each an “Inquiry” and collectively, “Inquiries”), and (ii) view Inquiries that have been previously submitted and answered, together with the answers thereto. Upon receipt of an Inquiry from a Non-Restricted Privileged Person for the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable, the Certificate Administrator shall forward such Inquiry to the appropriate person at the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable (as identified to the Certificate Administrator by the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable), in each case via email within a commercially reasonable period of time following receipt of such Inquiry. Following receipt of an Inquiry, the Certificate Administrator, the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable, unless such party determines not to answer such Inquiry as provided below, shall reply to the Inquiry, which reply of the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable shall be by email to the Certificate Administrator. The Certificate Administrator shall post (within a commercially reasonable period of time following preparation or receipt of such answer, as the case may be) such Inquiry and the related answer to the Certificate Administrator’s Website. If the Certificate Administrator, the Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Operating Advisor, as applicable, determines, in its respective sole discretion, that (i) any Inquiry is not of a type described above, (ii) answering any Inquiry would not be in the best interests of the Trust, the Certificateholders and/or the Companion Loan Holders, (iii) answering any Inquiry would be in violation of applicable law, the Mortgage Loan Documents or this Agreement, (iv) answering the Inquiry would, or is reasonably expected to, result in the waiver of attorney-client privilege or the disclosure of attorney work product, (v) answering any Inquiry would materially increase the duties of, or result in significant additional cost or expense to, ...
