The service also tracks and stores documents related to the project such as Request for Information (RFI’s), Architect/Engineer's Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Information Bulletins (IB’s), CAD Coordination, Commission, Construction Change Directive (CCD), Contractor’s Daily Reports, Minutes, Photos, Quality Control, Shop Drawings, Testing, Closeout Documents including As-Built Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals and other project related documents.
Such changes in the Work shall be authorized by written Change Order signed by the Owner, Contractor, or by written Construction Change Directive signed by the Owner and Architect.
A Subcontract Construction Change Directive is a written instrument prepared by the Contractor directing a change in the Subcontract Work and stating a proposed adjustment, if any, in the Subcontract Price or Subcontract Time or both.
The Subcontractor shall evaluate the proposed adjustment in the Subcontract Price or Subcontract Time, if any, as set forth in the Subcontract Construction Change Directive and respond, in writing, to the Contractor stating the Subcontractor’s acceptance or rejection of the proposed adjustment and the reasons therefor.
A Subcontract Construction Change Directive shall be used in the absence of agreement on the terms of a Subcontract Change Order.
