Change of Control Repurchase Notice definition

Change of Control Repurchase Notice means a notice (including a notice substantially in the form of the “Change of Control Repurchase Notice” set forth in Exhibit A) containing the information, or otherwise complying with the requirements, set forth in Section 8(f)(i) and Section 8(f)(ii).
Change of Control Repurchase Notice has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(c);

Change of Control Repurchase Notice means a written notice (which may be the form thereof provided by the Issuer pursuant to Section 7(b) or any other written notice which sets forth the information described below), signed by the Holder or his attorney duly authorized in writing, stating:
