Change of Control Repurchase Notice definition

Change of Control Repurchase Notice has the meaning attributed thereto in subsection 3.2(b);
Change of Control Repurchase Notice means a notice (including a notice substantially in the form of the “Change of Control Repurchase Notice” set forth in Exhibit A) containing the information, or otherwise complying with the requirements, set forth in Section 8(f)(i) and Section 8(f)(ii).
Change of Control Repurchase Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.07(a)(i).

  • The Paying Agent will promptly return to the respective Holders thereof any Notes (x) with respect to which a Change of Control Repurchase Notice has been withdrawn in compliance with this Indenture, or (y) held by it during the continuance of an Event of Default (other than a default in the payment of the Change of Control Repurchase Price with respect to such Notes) in which case, upon such return, the Change of Control Repurchase Notice with respect thereto shall be deemed to have been withdrawn.

More Definitions of Change of Control Repurchase Notice

Change of Control Repurchase Notice means a written notice (which may be the form thereof provided by the Issuer pursuant to Section 7(b) or any other written notice which sets forth the information described below), signed by the Holder or his attorney duly authorized in writing, stating:
