Change Request (CR). A change request is a document containing a call for an adjustment of a system.  American Arbitration Association (AAA) – Refers to a not-for-profit private provider of alternative dispute resolution services.  Federal Arbitration (FedArb) – Refers to an organization that provides administered dispute resolutions.  Full-time equivalent (FTE) - Refers to a unit that indicates the workload of an employed person.
