Charge Adjustment definition

Charge Adjustment means an adjustment to the Unitary Charge made in accordance with the Unitary Charge Adjustment Procedure;
Charge Adjustment means the adjustment to any Concession Payment to be made as a component of any Pass Through Adjustment in accordance with paragraph 3.4 of Schedule 11.1 (Concession Payments);
