Existing Charge definition

Existing Charge means the Mortgage registered under number ;
Existing Charge means the Charge over Shares dated 3 March 2006 (as amended and restated on 31 July 2006 and as further amended and restated from time to time) between the Chargors listed therein and the Security Trustee;
Existing Charge means a charge for an indictable offence which has been laid against an accused person prior to the commencement date.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.

  • Security Joinder Agreement means each Security Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form thereof attached to the Security Agreement, executed and delivered by a Guarantor or any other Person to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.12 or otherwise.
