Related to Charter hours

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Charter service means a railway passenger service, whether operated on the same routes as the Passenger Services or not: (a) which is not reflected in the Timetable; (b) which does not conform to the pattern of railway passenger services normally provided by the Franchisee; (c) for which the advance booking or booking arrangements for seats on the relevant service are, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, materially different from those generally applicable to the Passenger Services; (d) for which tickets are available on a restricted basis or on terms and conditions which, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, are materially different from those generally applicable to the Passenger Services; and/or (e) for which the departure time, journey time and calling pattern are, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, materially different from those of the Passenger Services, and which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, is not a railway passenger service provided by the Franchisee as part of the Passenger Services;

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel, barge, or other floating craft of any kind carrying passengers for compensation.
