Chartered Accountant Certificate definition

Chartered Accountant Certificate means a certificate issued by a reputed chartered accountant, holding a valid peer review certificate, appointed by the Company on behalf of each Promoter Selling Shareholders certifying the amount of the Securities Transaction Tax to be deposited and other taxes, as applicable, required to be withheld on the sale proceeds of the Offered Shares, as included in Schedule VII of this Agreement or in any other format as may be mutually agreed between the Company, statutory auditors and the Lead Managers;
Chartered Accountant Certificate means a certificate issued by a reputed chartered accountant, holding a valid peer review certificate, appointed by the Company on behalf of the Selling Shareholders certifying (i) the amount of the Securities Transaction Tax to be deposited and Other Taxes required to be withheld on the sale proceeds of the Offered Shares, and (ii) balance funds retained in the Public Offer Account after deduction of Offer Expenses proportionate to the Selling Shareholders, Securities Transaction Tax, Other Taxes, if any, and transfer of Offer Proceeds to the Selling Shareholders, as applicable;
Chartered Accountant Certificate. Means the affidavit required pursuant to Article 14 (C) of the Bylaws from the Taxpayer’s licensed auditor in the Kingdom through which the auditor certifies that the Transfer Pricing policy of the MNE Group is consistently applied by and in relation to the Taxpayer.
