Family Trust means, with respect to any natural Person, a trust, limited partnership or limited liability company benefiting solely such individual and/or the Family Members of such individual.
Trust Company means a financial institution, corporation, or other legal entity, authorized to exercise general trust powers.
Family Trusts means, with respect to any individual, trusts or other estate planning vehicles established for the benefit of Family Members of such individual and in respect of which such individual serves as trustee or in a similar capacity.
trust corporation means a trust corporation (as defined in the Law of Property Act 1925) or a corporation entitled to act as a trustee pursuant to applicable foreign legislation relating to trustees.
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
Mortgage Security Trust Fund As to any Mortgage Security, the trust fund in which such Mortgage Security evidences a fractional undivided interest. New York Presenting Agent: State Street Bank and Trust Company, N.A., with its offices at 00 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx or such other office within the Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, State of New York, as Xxxxxx Mae may appoint by notice to the Trustee.
Corporate Trust Contract means any indenture, trust, pooling and servicing, paying agency, collateral or disbursing agency, securities (whether bond, note, debenture or other) registrar, transfer agency or document custody Contracts and all other fiduciary, agency and corporate trust Contracts, including call rights, in each case, in respect of the Appointments.
the Academy Trust means the company intended to be regulated by these Articles and referred to in Article 2;
Academy Trust shall include any company in which the Academy Trust: • holds more than 50% of the shares; or • controls more than 50% of the voting rights attached to the shares; or • has the right to appoint one or more directors to the board of the company.
the Macfarlane Trust means the charitable trust, established partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State to the Haemophilia Society, for the relief of poverty or distress among those suffering from haemophilia;
the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 29th January 1990 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia;
UBS AG, New York Branch shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
U.S. Bank means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association.
Corporate Trust Capacity means trustee, registrar, agency (including as paying agent, transfer agent, collateral agent, fiscal agent, escrow agent or similar agency capacity), servicer, master servicer, custodial (including document custody) or other similar capacity under a Corporate Trust Contract, and any rights or duties arising from, or the provision of any services in connection with, any such capacities.

Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.

Nominee Company means a corporate body registered or having an established place of business in England and Wales which holds title to property for another;

the Macfarlane (Special Payments) (No. 2) Trust means the trust of that name, established on 3rd May 1991 partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the benefit of certain persons suffering from haemophilia and other beneficiaries;
AT&T OHIO means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Ohio.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
Wells Fargo Bank Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interexx.
Family of Investment Companies as used herein means two or more registered investment companies (or series thereof) that have the same investment adviser or investment advisers that are affiliated (by virtue of being majority owned subsidiaries of the same parent or because one investment adviser is a majority owned subsidiary of the other).
