More Definitions of A family

A family means spouses, domestic partners, or significant others and blood relations or dependents of either of them. If part of a unit is to be rented, there shall be no more than two (2) tenants unrelated to the resident homeowner and their family. The tenant must submit to BTC, through the Resident Manager, two (2) copies of a Rental Application. This application contains such information as is needed by the Board of Directors for the purpose of determining that such prospective tenant is in compliance with these rules and regulations. Rental Application forms are available from the Resident Manager. The tenant and landlord must execute and submit two (2) copies of Agreement as to Rental of Condominium Units as approved by the Board of Directors, provided however, that such power of eviction as contained in the Agreement as to Rental of Condominium Units shall not be enforced, until the Board of Directors has given thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Owner of its intent to evict, and no eviction shall be commenced until it is authorized by a majority of the Board of Directors at a special or regular meeting. Agreement as to Rental of Condominium Units forms are available from the Resident Manager.

  • Close Family Member means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s (a) such Person’s spouse; (b) such Person and such spouse’s grandparents, parents, siblings, children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and first cousins; (c) the spouse of any Persons listed in subcategories (a) and (b); and (d) any other Person who shares the same household with such Person.

  • Brand family means all styles of Cigarettes sold under the same trade mark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers or descriptors, including, but not limited to, “menthol,” “lights,” “kings,” and “100s,” and includes any brand name (alone or in conjunction with any other word), trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other indicia of product identification identical or similar to, or identifiable with, a previously known brand of Cigarettes.

  • Designated family member means any of the following:

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:

  • Eligible Family Member means a member of the Subscriber’s family that is or becomes eligible to enroll for coverage under this Plan as a Dependent.

  • Family or “family member” means your spouse, and any child, stepchild, parent, or parent-in-law who receives more than one-half of his or her support from you or from whom you receive more than one-half of your support.

  • Immediate Family Members means with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.

  • Xxxxxxx Family means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx and the members of their Families.

  • Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.

  • Member of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any Person who is an individual, (a) each parent, spouse (but not including a former spouse or a spouse from whom such Person is legally separated) or child (including those adopted) of such individual and (b) each trustee, solely in his or her capacity as trustee, for a trust naming only one or more of the Persons listed in sub-clause (a) as beneficiaries.

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loans means Loans, excluding advances made pursuant to Home Equity Loans, that are secured by mortgages on one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that are not owner-occupied. These loans can be treated as Restructured Loans on a commercially reasonable basis and can be a restructured under terms separate from the Exhibit 5 standards. Please refer to Exhibit 2b for guidance in Calculation of Loss for Restructured Loans.

  • Members of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any individual, each spouse or child or other descendants of such individual, each trust created solely for the benefit of one or more of the aforementioned Persons and their spouses and each custodian or guardian of any property of one or more of the aforementioned Persons in his capacity as such custodian or guardian.

  • Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child.

  • Investor-Owned Residential Loan means a Loan, excluding advances made pursuant to a Home Equity Loan, that is secured by a mortgage on a one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that is not owner-occupied or the borrower’s primary residence.

  • Family Members means, as to a Person that is an individual, such Person’s spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and inter vivos or testamentary trusts (whether revocable or irrevocable) of which only such Person and his or her spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews are beneficiaries.

  • Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;

  • Voting Interest With respect to any provisions hereof providing for the action, consent or approval of the Holders of all Certificates evidencing specified Voting Interests in the Trust Estate, the Holders of each Class of Certificates will collectively be entitled to the then applicable percentage of the aggregate Voting Interest represented by all Certificates equal to the ratio obtained by dividing the Principal Balance of such Class by the sum of the Class A Principal Balance and the Class B Principal Balance. Each Certificateholder of a Class will have a Voting Interest equal to the product of the Voting Interest to which such Class is collectively entitled and the Percentage Interest in such Class represented by such Holder's Certificates. With respect to any provisions hereof providing for action, consent or approval of each Class of Certificates or specified Classes of Certificates, each Certificateholder of a Class will have a Voting Interest in such Class equal to such Holder's Percentage Interest in such Class.

  • Participating Interest is defined in Section 1.2(d) hereof.

  • Affiliated has a correlative meaning.
