CHASEseries Servicing Fee definition

CHASEseries Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the product of (i) the Asset Pool One Servicing Fee for such Monthly Period and (ii) the CHASEseries Floating Allocation Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • The Base Rate is generally the sum of (i) the percentage equivalent of the CHASEseries Servicing Fee divided by Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Notes, and (ii) the weighted average interest rate on the Notes.

  • Such deposits will be funded by CHASEseries Available Finance Charge Collections available for application after payment of interest on the Notes; payment of the CHASEseries Servicing Fee; and the reallocation of CHASEseries Available Finance Charge Collections as CHASEseries Available Principal Collections in order to cover the CHASEseries Default Amount and the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit of the CHASEseries Notes.
