Child Care Development Fund definition

Child Care Development Fund. (CCDF) shall have the same meaning as it is defined in 45 C.F.R. Part 98.2, as now or hereafter amended. CCDF supports low-income working families by providing access to affordable, high-quality early care and afterschool programs. CCDF also improves the quality of care to support children’s healthy development and learning by supporting child care licensing, quality care workers to attain more training and education.
