Child Services definition

Child Services means services for or on behalf of children, and includes the following:
Child Services the child services described in Schedule 7; 1 April 2013 the individual appointed by the Council from time to time (and notified to the CCG) as its representative for the purposes of the Arrangements; any function delegated to the Council by the CCG pursuant to an Existing Section 75 Arrangement or any New Section 75 Arrangement; any function delegated to the CCG by the Council pursuant to an Existing Section 75 Arrangement or any New Section 75 Arrangement;
Child Services the child services described in Schedule 7; "Commencement Date" 1 April 2013Council Representativethe individual appointed by the Council from time to time (and notified to the CCG) as its representative for the purposes of the Arrangements; “Delegated (CCG) Functions” any function delegated to the Council by the CCG pursuant to an Existing Section 75 Arrangement or any New Section 75 Arrangement; “Delegated (Council) Functions” any function delegated to the CCG by the Council pursuant to an Existing Section 75 Arrangement or any New Section 75 Arrangement; “Dispute Resolution Procedurethe procedure set out in Clause 25; "Employee Duties" the duties which a Post ▇▇▇▇▇▇ performs on behalf of the Employing Partner as determined in accordance with their Employment Contract; "Employing Partner" in respect of each individual Post Holder, the Partner that employs that Post Holder. For the Original Post Holders this shall be the Partner identified as such in Schedule 3 or 4 (as applicable) and for all New Post Holders this will be the Partner agreed between the Parties in accordance with Paragraph 8 of Schedule 5; "Employment Contract" the contract of employment between the Post Holder and the Employing Partner; “Existing Section 75 Arrangements” the arrangements described in Schedule 11; "Financial Year" a year commencing 1st April in one calendar year and ending on 31st March in the subsequent calendar year; “FOIA” the Freedom of Information Act 2000; “HR” human resources; “Individual Agreementthe agreement made between each Post Holder, the Employing Partner and the Non- Employing Partner describing the terms on which the Post Holder will be made available by the Employing Partner to the Non-Employing Partner and the scope of their Section 113 Duties; “Information Sharing Protocolthe protocol agreed between the Parties to govern the sharing of information for purposes connected with the Arrangements (as amended or replaced from time to time); “Inspection Authoritythe Care Quality Commission, Ofsted or similar or successor bodies; Joint Committee The Committee responsible for the oversight of joint working arrangements Joint Leadership Team The senior leadership team responsible for the oversight of all joint commissioning activity.

  • The confidentiality clause does not apply in the event that a Party or Collaborative Professional is obliged by law to report to the Superintendent of Family and Child Services information arising out of the collaborative process which gives the party or Collaborative Professional reasonable grounds to believe that a child may be in need of protection.

  • Cal; (b) CalOptima; (c) California 26 Child Services (CCS); and/or (d) Medical Safety Net Program (MSN).

  • Tippecanoe County has funding available through a grant made available by the Indiana Department of Child Services and ▇▇▇▇▇ Family Resources, to provide qualified contractors to facilitate the Parent Project.

  • According to Indiana code IC 31-33-5 Duty to report, IC 31-9-2-14 Child abuse or neglect, IC 31-34-1 Circumstances under which a child is a Child in Need of Services, any reporting of known or suspected child abuse or neglect should be directed to the local Child Services office.

  • Participants must have completed DCFS PRIDE training, have a valid Home Study, and have an active Illinois ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Family Home License (FFHL) issued by the state of Illinois to participate in the Waiting Child Services Program.

Related to Child Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
