This number may subsequently be increased by the Governing Council, provided that it shall not be increased to more than one quarter of the total number of Member States.
Domestic entity means an entity whose internal affairs are governed by the law of this state.
Wholly Owned Domestic Subsidiary means, as to any Person, any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of such Person which is a Domestic Subsidiary.

Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes with no material assets other than Equity Interests and/or Indebtedness of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries and other assets incidental thereto.
Material Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Material Subsidiary.
MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE means an individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture of any kind that is owned and controlled by U. S. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.
Domestic use means that portion of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, natural, artificial or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil, and in any city not within a county, metered or unmetered water service, which an individual occupant of a residential premises uses for nonbusiness, noncommercial or nonindustrial purposes. Disregarded Domestic Subsidiary means any direct or indirect (other than through a Foreign Subsidiary) Domestic Subsidiary of which all but a de minimis amount of the assets of which consist of equity interests of one or more indirect Foreign Subsidiaries.
Designated domestic violence agency means a county-wide organization with a primary purpose to provide services to victims of domestic violence, and which provides services that conform to the core domestic violence services profile as defined by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in the Department of Children and Families and is under contract with the division for the express purpose of providing the services.
UK Subsidiary means a Subsidiary organized under the laws of England and Wales.
Significant Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Significant Subsidiary.
Immaterial Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is not a Material Domestic Subsidiary.
Domestic Corporation means an entity that is treated as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes and is a U.S. Tax Person.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) means a small business concern pursuant to ORS 200.005(1), which is at least 51 percent owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, or, in the case of any corporation, at least 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of the socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.
Designated Foreign Subsidiaries means all members of the Company Group that are organized under the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than the United States of America that may be designated by the Board or the Committee from time to time.
Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.
JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.
Domestic septage means either liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, portable toilet, Type III marine sanitation device, or similar treatment works that receives only domestic sewage. Domestic septage does not include liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar treatment works that receives either commercial wastewater or industrial wastewater and does not include grease removed from grease trap at a restaurant.
Domestic Restricted Subsidiary means a Restricted Subsidiary incorporated or otherwise organized or existing under the laws of the United States, any state thereof or any territory or possession of the United States.
Certified Minority Business Enterprise means a business which has been certified by the certifying organization or jurisdiction in accordance with s. 287.0943(1) and (2).
Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary substantially all of the assets of which consist of Equity Interests and/or Indebtedness of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or other Foreign Holding Companies.
