The first day of Christmas break shall be on the Monday preceding December 26.
Supervisors employed on an academic school year basis shall be eligible for the Christmas and New Year's holidays provided they are in payroll status on the last scheduled work day prior to the Christmas break and the first scheduled work day following the break.

The first five vacation days will be paid during spring break, and the next two (2) vacation days will be paid during Christmas break.
All days in session shall be scheduled between the Tuesday after Labour Day and the last Friday of June of the subsequent year, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, statutory holidays, Christmas break and spring break.
