Cinemark ESA means that certain ESA by and between the Debtor and Cinemark USA, Inc. dated as of February 13, 2007 (as subsequently amended or amended and restated).

Examples of Cinemark ESA in a sentence

  • The Debtor shall promptly pay Cinemark (y) the Petition Date Cure Amount on the Effective Date or as soon as possible thereafter, and (z) the Pre-Effective Date Cure Amount consistent with the terms and conditions of the Cinemark ESA.
